Jumping words using CTRL issues

Jumping words with CTRL has probably issues with UTF-8 or something
The jumps look like:
going left to right (begin --> end)
|<h1|><%='|Objednávky |z'|%> <%= w|eekdays.|get(|at.|week_day)| %> <%= a|t.|month_day |%>
going from right to left (end <-- begin)
|<|h1|><%='|Objedn|áv|ky z|'|%> <%= w|eekdays.g|et(a|t.w|eek_day)| %> <%= a|t.m|onth_day |%> <%= a|t.m|onth |%>|
