RedCar ships a YAML file that does not parse with libyaml (or 1.9's wrapper, Psych)

The file "latex_entities.yml" does not parse with Ruby 1.9's psych wrapper around libyaml, nor does it parse with SnakeYAML, the Java library that emulates libyaml. I also tried it on the "instantyaml" page at yaml.org, and it does not parse there. It does not appear to be valid 1.1 YAML.
