Hangs when deleting directory from project tree

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a project with subfolders
- Delete a folder from the project tree sidebar
The following error is output to the terminal hundreds of
times:
Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_widget_event: assertion `WIDGET_REALIZED_FOR_EVENT (widget, event)' failed
Redcar becomes non-responsive and must be restarted.
